pronative.ai is an AI-Native Engineering Foundry that transforms experienced developers into AI-native system builders capable of designing and operating intelligent systems at scale. Unlike traditional training institutes, it focuses on engineering transformation, not just knowledge delivery.
pronative.ai operates as a Foundry, not a school. It focuses on transformation over certification, using a live, adaptive, project-driven approach to produce industry-ready practitioners with an engineering mindset, rather than just course completers. All delivery is 100% hands-on with no recorded content.
The program runs for 4 weeks (160 hours) following a progressive model: Week 1 focuses on AI-Assisted Engineering (foundations with GitHub and Copilot), Week 2 on AI-Native Engineering (building Agents and GenAIOps), and Weeks 3-4 on Live Industry Projects in real production environments.
You will learn to build fullstack applications with AI assistance, design and deploy multi-agent systems, implement LLMOps/GenAIOps pipelines, work with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Foundry, and operate AI systems in production.
All sessions are 100% live, instructor-led, and adaptive based on participant progress. There is no pre-recorded content, ensuring real-time learning and feedback.
During Weeks 3–4, you will work on AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, and enterprise-grade AI platforms across platform engineering, product development, and AI-driven systems.
An AI-Native Engineer designs systems with AI at the core, builds and orchestrates intelligent agents, and works across fullstack, cloud, and AI infrastructure to deliver autonomous, scalable systems.
The Foundry operates virtually with a presence in Bangalore, India. All programs are delivered online.
pronative.ai runs multiple cohorts throughout the year (e.g., June, July, August) with limited seats per batch.
You are supported throughout the journey via instructor-led sessions, coaching and mentoring, AI agents assisting your learning, and a team-based pod system. You are never learning in isolation.
